The system the application runs on through the Desktop App is not compatible or optimized for MacOS.

🎧 Mic/Headset Requirement
You are required to use a headset with a microphone to eliminate echoing.
- Connect your headset to your computer and test input
- Adjust audio in the Immerse Teacher Platform
Network Connection Requirements
- Stable Internet connection — 10Mbps or greater
- Ethernet recommended
- Access to certain ports and protocols on internet connection (depending on your institution's network restrictions)
